{"id":101983,"date":"2023-11-20T15:52:25","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T13:52:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.orfium.com\/?page_id=101983"},"modified":"2023-11-20T23:46:05","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T21:46:05","slug":"information-security-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.orfium.com\/information-security-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Information Security Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ORFIUM has adopted the Information Security Policy and is committed to the effective implementation and provision of resources for the improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The Information Security Policy aims to ensure:\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous protection of information against unauthorized access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The confidentiality of ORFIUM information, clients and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The integrity of ORFIUM information, clients and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The availability of information and business transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with the legislative and regulatory requirements concerning ORFIUM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The maintenance of an effective Business Continuity Plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The adequate training of the ORFIUM employees in information security issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The identification and investigation of potential information security breaches are reported to the Information Security Officer and are thoroughly investigated and dealt with in time and effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appropriate procedures and individual security policies are in place to support the policy, including technical and organizational measures of protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with the legislation and requirements of ISO 27001:2022 is ensured and with the ongoing monitoring of the implementation of the ISMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Information Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the Information Security Policy and for providing support and advice in its implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ORFIUM Top Management is responsible for the implementation of the Information Security Policy as well as for ensuring the compliance of the supervised personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with the Information Security Policy is mandatory for all parties that have been or are cooperating with ORFIUM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any violations of the Information Security Policy are subject to disciplinary actions.
